Re: Sweet potato recipes needed

Hi.  I grew sweet potatoes for the first time last year.  I ended up moving (I still havent sold the house) and never got a chance to dig up the sweet potatoes.  Are they definately bad (rotten) by now or should I dig them up to see?  Will they automatically grow new sweet potato plants once the weather warms back up?
