The Best Fudge Ever!

from socalgardengal on 02/22/2015 08:10 PM

Thought I would start this thread with something sweet :)

Milk Chocolate Fudge

3 cups Milk Chocolate Chips (or any flavor really)
1 (14oz.)Can sweetened condenced milk
1/8th of a teaspoon Kosher Salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup of chopped nuts( any that you like)optional

Grease an 8x8 square glass baking pan or 11x7 retangle glass pan with butter. In a heavy saucepan, over medium low heat, melt chocolate chips with the sweet condenced milk and salt. Stir or whisk until creamy and smooth. About 3-5 mins. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract and nuts if using. Pour into the buttered pan. Smooth out the top with the back of a spoon. Chill 1-2 hours in refridgerator before cutting into 1inch pieces.
Enjoy! This is an easy recipe. Takes about 10 mins to make.  :)
