We freeze, can and dry them, eat alot of salsa and give alot away to friends! I plan on doing about 150 plants in all.
This year I am going to try freezing some, skins and all fresh from the garden, I usually blanch them first but have read fresh works really well. Anyone try this before? About 4 years ago we began freezing our other veggies (beans, turnips, summer squash, etc...) without blanching first, I am so happy we did! They last all winter and taste better than they did when we were going through all that work to blanch them!

Jubilee is at the top of our tomato list. It is a medium sized yellow tomato. Sweet and an easy one to grow.
