At the top left corner click "garden forums" and click on "member's trade lists"
At the bottom right corner of the page click on "create new topic" give a title "tergrov trade list" or however you want it to read.
You can copy and paste your want and have list in the section below that and then click on "post" at the bottom right corner of the post window.
